The native Windows Notepad is a simple yet very useful note taking application. Though it has a minimal UI, most of Windows users like it. Power users always install third-party alternatives such as Notepad++, Notepad2, and TED Notepad. Users who have installed a replacement to the native Notepad should check out Notepad Replacer.
Notepad Replacer is not another Notepad alternative. It helps you replace the default Windows Notepad with a powerful third-party notepad application such as Notepad++, Metapad, or NoteTab.
Here is how to use this tool:
1. Download and install a good alternative to the default Windows Notepad.
2. Now, download and run Notepad Replacer.
